• Applied the superposed epoch analysis to extract out the volcanic effect over the global temperature from the reconstructed data of the last 2,000 years using Python. Constructed a high-pass filter to filter out the long-term factors’ influence and focused on volcano events’ effect over 15 years

• Visualized the significance of statistical temperature change over the reconstructed ensemble data 5-year before and 15-year after the volcano, and demonstrated that significance
